The Review for Operator Chris Recently, I found myself in an unexpected situation with... read more my car running out of fuel on the motorway. Before setting out for work, I had calculated that my fuel reserve would be sufficient for the round trip, but the remaining mileage dropped unexpectedly fast. When I left work, I planned to fuel up at the nearest station, only 1.26 miles away, and used my Waze satnav to guide me. However, I mistakenly ended up on the motorway instead, leaving me with just 3 miles of fuel left and in a state of growing panic. After unsuccessfully attempting to get help from various sources, a Highway Maintenance officer stopped to assist. He called for roadside assistance, promising help within 20–25 minutes. Operator Chris arrived promptly, just as promised, and immediately set to work. He was incredibly kind, understanding, and professional throughout the entire interaction, making me feel much more at ease during a stressful time. His calm approach and efficient handling of the situation restored my confidence and got me back on the road quickly. Chris exemplified what it means to go above and beyond in customer service. I’m very grateful for his assistance and highly recommend his services to anyone in need of roadside support.

Called the... read more AA breakdown service who refused to assist as my car was parked in a roadworks lay-by leaving me stuck without any assistance. Dean from K2 was amazing - he stopped and spoke to the AA on my behalf giving authorisation to proceed but to no success. Knowing we were fighting a lost cause, Dean took matters into his own hands, bypassed the breakdown service and towed me back to a safe destination. A true gentleman.
