Before setting out for work, I had calculated that my fuel reserve would be sufficient for the round trip, but the remaining mileage dropped unexpectedly fast. When I left work, I planned to fuel up at the nearest station, only 1.26 miles away, and used my Waze satnav to guide me. However, I mistakenly ended up on the motorway instead, leaving me with just 3 miles of fuel left and in a state of growing panic. After unsuccessfully attempting to get help from various sources, a Highway Maintenance officer stopped to assist. He called for roadside assistance, promising help within 20–25 minutes. Operator Chris arrived promptly, just as promised, and immediately set to work. He was incredibly kind, understanding, and professional throughout the entire interaction, making me feel much more at ease during a stressful time. His calm approach and efficient handling of the situation restored my confidence and got me back on the road quickly. Chris exemplified what it means to go above and beyond in customer service. I’m very grateful for his assistance and highly recommend his services to anyone in need of roadside support.

Which was getting me to a charge point. They came over an hour early. I was amazed by this as the other 2 recovirs for the same job by RAC had us waiting with a newborn for over 8 hours. He was quick and took care of my new car. Got me to the charge point made sure it started charging. All within 45 mins. He was lovely aswell. Good job
